Fatality in Ontario Motorcycle Collision

A motorcyclist, Robert John Tangredi, lost his life following a traffic collision at the intersection of Parco Avenue and Francis Street in Ontario.  Following the accident, Mr. Tangredi was taken to the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in an effort to preserve his life.  Mr. Tangredi was only 52 at the time of his passing.

My thoughts and prayers are with those who have an emptiness inside of them as a result of the loss of a loved one following a motorcycle accident, such as Mr. Tangredi and his family.  All too often an accident with a motorcyclist results in serious and traumatic injuries to the motorcyclist. I have dealt with far too many cases where a momentary lapse of attention to the road and the surrounding traffic has resulted in a serious traffic collision or a fatality of a motorcyclist.

As car, van and truck drivers, we must remain hyper vigilant to avoid the possibility of an accident with a motorcyclist, especially in the dark or during times when visibility is lessened.  Even the slightest moment of inattention, even though innocent at the time, could result in causing an accident from which there is no return.

For those who have lost loved ones in motorcycle accidents, the tragedy is nearly impossible to bear.  If the accident was the fault of the other driver, or only partially caused by the motorcyclist, then there is a possibility of securing some financial recovery for that loss.  While financial recovery has absolutely no comparison to theloss of a loved one, this is the only way society has to render justice for the injuries or death of another.  If you have been the victim of a motorcycle accident which is the fault of another person, you should consult an attorney to learn your legal rights regarding a possible financial recovery.  A money recovery may be what you need to support yourself in order to minimize the financial suffering following the accident.
