What is strict liabilty?
Strict liability is a theory of law that is used when someone gets injuried because of a product default or a dog bite.
Here are two quick examples:
1. A dog escapes from its yard, and bites someone on the street. The dog owner is strictly liable for the injruies caused by that dog.
2. If a product fails, and it causes injuries, the owner of the product or the product developer could be responsible for those injuries.
