My initial intake meeting was very comprehensive, well organized, and thoughtful. They mentioned and later pursued options to benefit my case that I had not considered. They were very up-front explaining exactly the process they would follow, what I would have to do, and what information I would need to provide to them as well as the exact costs I would incur. They were especially clear on what problems and/or difficulties I might encounter. Once my lawsuit was started, they were very thorough about keeping me updated on the status. They regularly contacted me by email and telephone. If I initiated contact with them, they were quick to respond that same day or the following day at the least. I would not hesitate to hire them again for myself or recommend them to anyone else.
