Intersection Accidents Can Be Challenging | Rochester and Church Street Accident

Yesterday morning, March 25, 2014, I was driving north on Rochester Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga, when I came upon the intersection of Church Street. Normally, this drive is uneventful, however, on March 25, that intersection was filled with emergency vehicles and several seriously damaged cars. In a simple drive by, there was no way of knowing what happened at that intersection, only those involved in this accident, any witnesses and those skilled in accident reconstruction are going to be able to piece the puzzle together of what happened that morning.

Intersection accidents are especially challenging because often times both drivers claim they had a green light or the right of way. But in reality, in order for an intersection accident to occur, at least one person had to violate the applicable traffic laws or act negligently. Finding out who caused the accident and how it occurred is a key component to getting compensated for the losses and injuries suffered in the accident. This is just one function a personal injury lawyer will perform as he or she helps an injured person find reasonable and justified compensation.

Delay in hiring an attorney following an accident can often make proving negligence much more difficult. Why would anyone want to make it more difficult to win their claim? Unfortunately, as a lawyer, I see these delays every day, making it unnecessarily more challenging on the injury victim.  If you have been involved in an accident like the accident I saw at Church Street and Rochester Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga, and you were not at fault for the accident, you need a local attorney who will do what is necessary to get you the compensation you deserve.
